You call or message me
By phone or WhatsApp. You get me, not a form or an intake team. If I do not answer it is because I am busy: message me, or pick the time for me to call you back yourself.

We talk for a few minutes
I never see a new patient without talking on the phone first. It is a short call at no cost: I explain how I work and you tell me what you want to achieve, so I can make sure I am the right person to help you with it.

We schedule the first session
If it is a fit, we find a slot and I send you the video call link. If I think another professional would help you better, I will say so and point you in the right direction.
