Talks and training for teams
I teach at the University of Málaga and spend the rest of the week in clinical practice. That means two things: I know how to explain, and what I explain I have seen work with real people.
The psychological well-being of a workforce has become a market full of noise: unaccredited coaching, one-hour workshops that leave nothing behind, and concepts that sound good and mean very little. I work the other way round: content that would hold up before a scientific committee, delivered so that you do not need to sit on one to follow it.
Talks and keynotes
One or two hours in front of an audience, for conventions, internal away-days and team gatherings. No slides packed with text and no self-help: one idea that holds up, told through stories and backed by research.
Team workshops
A smaller, participative format to work on something concrete: communication, conflict management, emotional regulation under pressure, or how the habits agreed in January actually get sustained.
Training for managers
Anyone who manages people makes psychological decisions every day without having studied psychology. Practical training on what we do know: how difficult conversations actually work, what sustains motivation and what destroys it.
Why me and not a consultancy
- 01PhD in Psychology and university lecturer. I am not passing on what I have read: I teach and research in the field, and that can be verified.
- 02You get me. There is no speaker network behind this and nobody else is going to be assigned to you the week before.
- 03It is prepared for you. Before accepting I ask who will be in the room, what is expected of the session and what has been tried before. I do not sign off a generic talk.
How to book
Call or write with the date, the number of attendees and what you want the session to achieve. I will tell you whether it fits and send you a fixed quote, with no surprises.
